Strip Tease!!!
I m posting this for a few reasons, because this is some of my favorite art, also because this is what I do for a living, & also because Ive been told these look a lot like me. Some people that I have come across on here have felt it necessary to put me down & even belittle me, because of my profession. So this is my way of fighting back!! I do however want people to be more educated with this sort of profession. We arent all bad people! Just because I do this for a living doesnt mean I am a whore, it doesnt mean I dont have morals, it doesnt mean I dont believe in good things, & it doesnt mean I m easy. I m not the type of person to do things against my morals for money, rather I wont. But, I dont see anything wrong with dancing topless 5 feet away from someone to be able to walk away with $500.00 or more or less after my shift is over. I think womans bodies are beautiful, & in some cases even a work of art. So if you have it & your not hurting anyone then why not? In a lot of cases I would think I m more of a counselor then I stripper, because usually a lot of men just want someone to talk to & are in fact very lonely. I just think if a person was more educated about me as a person they wouldnt judge me for what I do. I do hope that the woman that has degraded me for whatever reason on here, gets some education on others & stops judging people by their covers. I think if she got to know me she would be very surprised.
Also, Bill I want to know do these in fact resemble me on stage? I m dying to know!!

I love the art prints and can understand why you do as well! Whether they resemble you on stage I'll never have the privilege to know; that you are not only an artist but a work of art I am sure!

Lauri, Thank you. I love the fact that your not affraid to speak of your love for the lord. Not many people are able to do that. I guess if I said that I feel the same, someone may not believe me, but its the truth. Like I said before people tend to not see the real me because of what I do. Alan, Your so sweet!! I cant say that they do in fact resemble me, but I was curious as to what Wild Bill thought. He used to always come into my work all the time & we would always hang out for awhile just talking. But he moved so I never see him anymore. It really makes me sad. Outlaw, Your right I shouldnt really care what people think. But sometimes its hard. Yeah, I wanted a change from the last blog, but trust me I m not that much different. I think I m starting to become more free of things & I m able to express myself more. I have been clean for sometime now. I think you know what I m talking about.

I wish more people would take the time to find out who you are, and not stereotype you. There are a lot of "exotic dancers" with serious issues (as you know well), but you're just a really cool chick who does this for a living. I think that's part of what makes you pretty unique. If others don't want to see that, it's their loss.

Whoever judges you for what you do is missing out on a great person. And it's their loss whomever it is. I don't know you as well as I'd like but certainly you can tell a lot about someone from what they write. Your job certainly does not define you, nor should anybody's.
I work in a manufacturing/ r&d company. So what does that say about me? Nothing. Nada. Zip.

We humans are weak ... we judge too soon. It'll be a lie if I said that I don't judge people ... everybody does. Some people say it out loud, others don't. However, as long as we all agree that imposing one's morality on others is a BAD thing, I guess we are all on the same page :-)
Our bodies are the biggest treasure we will ever have. If someone wants to share it with the world, I see nothing wrong in it.

Hey MM. I agree with Green. I think what matters is a person’s actions and not their occupation. As I have said to you before, we should do what makes us comfortable and no one as a right to judge you. I’m happy to see that you have chosen to say this and deal with a situation that was obviously very hurtful, in this manner. Bravo!

SPG, Yes, but I dont work a lot, I have my reasons! But its enough to get by for now, until I get some more things straightened out in my life. After that I was thinking of either going back full time or stay part time & go back to school. Theres something that I would love to do, but Ill save that for another post! ;)

Ive always questioned that myself! Why are we woman Judged so harshly, yet the men that go in there arent? It doesnt make any sense to me, but thats just how life is. Its a mans world & us woman are along for the ride. So we woman need to stick together. ;)

YODA, Your SO right!! I am also not without sin here. Ive pointed my finger at people & just recently too. So, I m no better then the next person. I see how hurtful it can be to be judged for something I am not. But, at the same time I can see why people would think this of me. I used to think the same of woman, before I myself became a dancer. Ive learned not to judge a book by its cover, yet sometimes I still do. When I catch myself I try to make a mends, not necessarly with that person but within myself. I will apollogize up front for posting this part, but when I read people posting parts of the Bible on the Internet in comments on others Blogs or websites, I must question their motives. After all there are many portions of Levitical law of the Old Testament that those who claim to follow the Bible as Law apparently seem to conveniently forget ... wearing clothing of mix blends, traveling more than a day's journey on the Sabbath .. just to name a couple.
And historically if you correlate the texts of Jesus' birth, with actual recorded history, Jesus was actually born in October-November time period. The early "church" leaders adopted December 25th as the date of His birth to make the festival of "Saturnalia" have a "Christian" context.
Saturnalia (from the god Saturn) was the name the Romans gave to their holiday marking the Winter Solstice. Over the years, it expanded to a whole week, the 17 December to 23 December. It also degenerated from mostly tomfoolery, marked chiefly by having masters and slaves switch places, to sometimes debauchery, so that among Christians the (lower case) word "saturnalia" came to mean "orgy".
It was traditional for Romans to exchange gifts during this holiday. These gifts were customarily made of silver, although nearly anything could be given as a gift for the occasion. Several epigrams by the poet Martial survive, seemingly crafted as riddling gift-tags for gifts of food.
It has been postulated that Christians in the fourth century assigned December 25th as Christ's birthday (and thus Christmas) because pagans already observed this day as a holiday. This would sidestep the problem of eliminating an already popular holiday while Christianizing the population. It created other problems because of the coexistence of the two feasts: see Bishop Asterius of Amasea's New Year's sermon in AD 400, discussed at the entry Lord of Misrule. The medieval celebration of the Feast of Fools was another continuation of Saturnalia into the Christian era.
Lastly .. since I'm on my soap box, for which if I offend any one I again apollogize .. if one truly follows the teachings of the Christ, they live by His example and how he taught His disciples .. "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you" (Mt 28:20) ... and his instructions to the seventy contained in Luke 10:2-12.
